AVB MINING TAPE type 51S

This product is a high quality 0.2mm thick vinyl insulation tape. It is designed for operation at ambient temperatures up to 80°C. The tape is suitable for use at temperatures down to -10°C. The tape prevents corrosion conductors and is intended for indoor use.

• It has good dielectric properties, sufficient elasticity and resistance to abrasive materials, moisture, alkalis and acids.
• Provides good electrical and mechanical protection with minimal winding volume.
• The tape is compatible with any solid cable insulation, rubber and synthetic materials, as well as epoxy and polyurethane resins.
• The tape is not resistant to UV and outdoors it must be covered with a layer of AVB MINING TAPE type 33+ or AVB MINING TAPE type 22.

• Formation of a volumetric form and external jacket for pouring electrical resins during repair, splicing and terminating of low-voltage and high-voltage cables.
• Primary electrical insulation when connecting wires and cables for voltages up to 600 V indoors.
• Harnessing of wires and cables.
